All signers must present current photo identification at the time of notarization. Ids must be non-expired (or issued within 5 years), and must contain your photo, your physical description, your signature, and an identifying number.

Foreign Driver License (issued by Mexico or Canada only)
Foreign Passport (stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service)
Inmate Identification Card (issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody)
Employee Identification Card (issued by an agency or office of the State of California, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California)
